About Esateys!

Esateys is a woman of many facets. Trained in allopathic medicine and the scientific method, Esateys has a comprehensive understanding of the human body as viewed from a traditional medical background. Over the years she has broadened her perspective  to include alternative medicine and alternative methods of treating and healing all aspects of what she calls our Total Body Matrix^sm. (an energetic grid comprised of our four bodies, the Mental, the Emotional, the Physical and the Spiritual Bodies).

Utilizing aspects of both traditional and alternative practices, Esateys sees everything as energy and has learned to identify and dissolve blockages in our energy field which leads to profound health and well being. Her book “Help I’m Trapped In A Body   -   The Power of the Total Body Matrix^sm“ has helped hundreds of people acheive a deeper spirituality and thus a better life.

A graduate of the University of California at San Diego and Los Angeles, Esateys has been in private practice as a Nationally Certified Registered Nurse and Board Certified Nurse Practitioner for 30+ years. She is also a Certified Biofeedback Therapist and has practiced as a Certified Hypnotherapist. She has established several protocols integrating allopathic methods with the complementary or natural healing methods she learned through additional study during her practice.

Esateys studied the Mind Body Connection with Dr. Deepak Chopra for 3 years while serving on the Board  of Directors of Dr. Deepak Chopra’s Center for Mind/Body Connection. She has co-facilitated workshops with Neale Donald Walsch, author and lecturer of the New York Times’ bestselling series, Conversations With God. Neale also worked as a speaker and teacher for Esateys when she was out of town for her non-profit organization, Inner Strength.

Her teachings combine pure foods and herbs, body therapy, homeopathy, cutting edge Energetic Medicine and detoxification that lead her students to find self-love, balance and profound personal and spiritual awakening. Great change occurs in those who interact with her nurturing work; many find lives of Joy.

Esateys can be heard on her radio show “Relationships and Beyond”, which she co-hosts with her husband Rafael. The show airs every Tuesday on the World Puja Intenet Radio Network.
